Vita:
Steven Thomas Joseph Monarque, born on April 2 1959 in New Jersey.
After completing school, he moved to New York to push his career. He worked on several TV-shows and commercials as well as on-stage, before he joined the crew of F13-TS.
Steven performed in his own band called "Johnny Ruelle and The Reliables" together with his brother Rick, Dave and Bill.
Today, Steven lives in California with his wife.
