    The Wandering Jew :

    The Wandering Jew is a myth of an undead, supposedly Lazarus, who was raised from the dead and couldn't die afterwards, being "doomed" to walk the earth forever.
    Though there is no such evidence, it could be possible that Keel Lorenz, head of SEELE, a mysterious cyborg that enthusiastically pushes the Human Instrumentality Project is this undead, bittered by the world and longing to die at last.
    But as I said, there is no such evidence.
